OhSewSally frequently offers coupons for customer use. One coupon can be used per purchase.
Your satisfaction is very important to us. Cut fabric is considered a custom product. Due to color variances on computers, we cannot guarantee the color of fabrics. Please call prior to purchase and we will gladly work with you if you have questions regarding color. Due to copyright laws, patterns and books are not returnable.We realize that there may be circumstances where an item may need to be returned. Any customer who is dissatisfied with a purchase may receive a refund on fabric cuts of two (2) yards or more. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We do not refund shipping costs. Refunds cover the original purchase price minus the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost.If the return is a result of an error on our part we will refund original cost of product plus shipping costs.
To return an item:
Product must be in its original condition (uncut, unwashed, undyed).
All returns must be made within 2 weeks of the ship date.
Please keep a record of your shipping number so the package can be tracked during shipping. We are not responsible for returned products that we do not receive.
Return the items packaged similarly as you received it.
Include a copy of your receipt.
Please include a reason for return.
Send us the package. After we receive and inspect the package we will issue a refund on your credit card for the original purchase price, less the 20% restocking fee and the cost of shipping both ways (if applicable). This applies to online purchases only!
In store policy: Once an item is cut it cannot be returned. Thank You.
